Frequently asked questions

You can order your products through our 'Shop' page. Simply choose your burgers and sausages, click 'Order Now' and follow the payment steps.

We currently deliver to postcodes within a 30 mile radius of our production site in Watford. Please search for your postcode through the map on the 'How to order' page to see if you are eligible for delivery. If your location is not found, please do not feel discouraged! Complete our contact form with your order request and we'll do our best to arrange a special delivery, or keep you updated on when we do expand our delivery area.

Deliveries are done on a weekly basis, on Wednesdays and Thursdays - perfect timing if you're planning a weekend BBQ! Place your order by Monday 9pm to receive your products on the Wednesday/Thursday of the same week. Orders received after Monday 9pm will be delivered by the following Thursday.

Our products are delivered in a chilled box, which will keep your products fresh for up to 24 hours. If you will not be at home on the day of your delivery, please specify in the 'delivery instructions' whether we should leave your box with a neighbour, or in a safe place near your door. We are unable to arrange re-deliveries.

Yes! As long as your workplace is within the 30 mile delivery area, we will be able to deliver it to the address which is most convenient for you.

We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a specific delivery time. You’ll receive a delivery notification via email the day before your delivery, to inform you what time you can expect to receive your order.
