Our beef burgers are made from 80% beef trim along with our bespoke seasoning. Our halal beef trim is sourced from the UK and Ireland and is HFA approved.

Cooking
Grill your burger for 15-20 minutes on a low to medium heat.
Check it is piping hot and the juices run clear before serving.

Storage
Keep your burgers refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Once they have been opened, cook them immediately.
Our burgers are also suitable for freezing, if you'd like to save them for later. Just freeze in the pack on the day of purchase and have them within 1 month. Make sure they are thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
