Our lamb burgers are made from 80% lamb trim along with our bespoke seasoning. Our halal lamb trim is sourced from the UK and is HFA approved.

Enjoy these burgers fresh off the grill or barbecue (weather permitting) in a light brioche bun.

Cooking

Grill your burger for 15-20 minutes on a low to medium heat.

Check it is piping hot and the juices run clear before serving.

Dig in!

Storage

Keep your burgers refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Once they have been opened, cook them immediately.

Our burgers are also suitable for freezing, if you'd like to save them for later. Just freeze in the pack on the day of purchase and have them within 1 month. Make sure they are thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
